I've nearly finshed all the infrastructure for the kitchen area. However, after installing the sink and cooker where I want them I discovered that they are directly above the diesel tank, which means I'll have to be creative with the plumbing in order to avoid interfering with it.
Looks like you're doing a pretty good job of the old bus conversion there JC! Who would've thought GCSE D.T. would come in handy much before your mid-life crisis?
